SHIPPING / DELIVERY / RETURNS

All items are shipped within from the U.S.A. Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days, except for specialty items which will be indicated in listing.
- Ground Shipping. USPS. 2 to 5 business days: FREE (orders over $99.99)
- Ground Shipping. USPS. 2 to 5 business days: $5.99 (orders less than $99.99)
- Priority Shipping. USPS. 2 to 3 business days: $10.95
- Express Shipping. USPS. 1 to 2 business days $35.95
- Standard Shipping. 2 to 5 business days: $10.95
All International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Package: $22.95
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties in the country of destination. ASHANIS is not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your government. Taxes and duties may be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 3 days of delivery to customer. Please note:
- Items returned must be unworn and in the original condition*
- Items must be returned with a return authorization via email. Please contact within 3 days of delivery to confirm your return. email@example.com
- Customers are responsible for return shipping/handling charges
- Items already exchanged and requesting a return will be granted store credit.
- Any returns received outside of 3 day window will not be accepted
*When trying on clothing, please avoid perfume, deodorant, tanning products or make-up that may leave a scent or marks on the product. Do avoid unpleasant smells getting on a garment such as from kitchens and garages. Items must be returned with their labels intact and original packaging (where applicable)..
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization from our customer service team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization and any further instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs.
Clearance items are final sale always. No refunds or exchange. (Items will be noted as clearance)
If your package is refused or cannot be delivered, you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs, (in addition to any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. - International orders). The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Your original method of payment will be credited within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item, less the original shipping cost. Credit card refunds typically reflect in your account in 5-10 days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please retain proof of postage and send your return via tracked delivery. This way your parcel is traceable by yourself and us.
